You are entering into a no small print zone!

You may return an item you've purchased at Obad Imports for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date the merchandise was received. Before returning any product within this period, please complete a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. We will not accept returns without an RMA.

Note: we will not refund payment on a product that appears to be modified, abused or mishandled in anyway. Improperly packaged products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable & the customer is responsible for return shipping/insurance fees. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via a carrier that provides insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

*Please be sure to enclose the Return Merchandise Authorization information along with your shipment.

Obad Imports does not offer any explicit warranties after the first 30 days of any product's purchase - except where specifcally stated in product description. Products are usually covered by the manufacturer's warranty after this period.
