Dan Loani's TA-10
My TA-10 is the heart of my music only system. Here's a list of the gear:
Amp: Trends TA-10
Preamp: Jordan (Rare! no model #, separate power supply, used for excellent phono stage only)
Turntable: Rega P1
CD player: Marantz CD-48
Speaker: Jordan JX92S transmission line (homebuilt using plan from Jordan)
Cables: DH Labs
Sound: In one word; Excellent. The system is well balanced, detailed, and very natural sounding.
The TA-10 controls all aspects of the music the very well.
The bass output from the TA-10/Jordan combination is startling. It's tight and controlled.
